SHOPPING ON THE INTERNET STORE www.ayelencreations.com
These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the goods offered on these websites is Ayelen craft for manufacturing, trade and design, (Ayelen), and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
All prices on the website www.ayelencreations.com are expressed in Euro. When purchasing, the prices valid on the day of the order are valid, i.e. all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid at the time of the offer or at the time of the order. The prices are valid until the new price list is processed.
The prices listed are valid only for the web shop at www.ayelencreations.com
and do not have to be identical to other points of sale in the Republic of Croatia.
Ayelen is authorized to change prices without prior notice, and is also authorized to change prices exclusively for the web shop. Also, Ayelen is authorized to determine discounts and promotions at any time without prior notice.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS – After you have purchased a specific item or several items in our online store, you will receive an invoice for payment and we will put you on a
waiting list for production, which can take from 2 to 10 working days, and for a more complex design up to 14 working days if you have a special request, i.e. CUSTOM MADE design.
I make every piece of jewelry from the WEB shop to order and do not have any ready-made pieces in advance. After production, I send the jewelry to the desired address.
REGISTRATION
The customer may or may not be registered on www.ayelencreations.com in order to make a purchase. During registration, the customer is required to enter an e-mail address and a password.
ORDERING
Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered exclusively via an electronic form – the online store shopping cart. The buyer may or may not be registered on the seller’s website in order to place an order. However, the buyer is required to enter contact information and addresses (own and delivery) in order to complete the order process. If the seller is unable to deliver all ordered items, it will deliver those that it can, of which it will notify the buyer in writing within the period communicated to the buyer after the order is placed. In order to have the right to purchase products on this website and to legally conclude and form contracts on this website under Croatian law, you must:
Register by entering your real name, phone number, email address, payment information, and other requested information.
Be over 18 years of age.
Please note that hotel or similar accommodation addresses are not acceptable for delivery.
Have a valid credit or debit card.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Please note that our products are handmade so they may sometimes vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and we feel that this adds to their character and should not be seen as a drawback.
PAYMENT
The buyer will pay the seller for the ordered items;
– by payment to the business account of the Ayelen craft
– Credit/Debit Cards
– PAY PAL
Online Payment Security Statement
When you shop on our website, your financial details are protected! Ayelen will never record or store your payment information.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing the order, the customer will receive a notification that the order has been received.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of goods is carried out by Croatian Post/GLS within 1-20 working days after sending the package.
If the buyer does not pick up the shipment from the delivery person within 5 working days, the shipment will be returned to the seller – and the buyer will bear the costs of re-sending.
DELIVERY COST
For the delivery of the order, the cost is charged in the amount of 2-6euro or shipping is free.
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
In accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The 14-day period begins on the day of receipt or delivery of the ordered goods. In doing so, the buyer MUST notify the seller in writing to the e-mail address;
If the buyer has taken over the goods and canceled the purchase, he must return the taken over goods by written notification to the seller. When returning the products, they must be unused and undamaged, and a copy of the original invoice must be attached and sent together to the sender’s address.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The seller is obliged to refund the buyer’s money no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The buyer also returns ordered goods, or shipments that the buyer does not want to accept, at his own expense.
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS MADE TO MEASURE AND DESIRE OF THE BUYER, i.e. specific products made to order. AND FOR ITEMS ON DISCOUNT!
COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
Ayelen is responsible for the quality, or actual defects, of products purchased on the web shop www.ayelencreations.com
If the buyer has any complaints about the purchased products, according to Article 10, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, he has the right to send a written complaint to the seller in the following way:
via e-mail: www.ayelencreations.com In doing so, please enter your name and surname, address, contact and description of the complaint. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 14 days of receiving it. Ayelen is responsible for material defects in purchased products in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.
EXCHANGE
Exchange is not possible for products made to order, but only for those that were made serially (the design I repeat.)
BASIS FOR COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
By visiting the Ayelen online store pages, you are communicating electronically. You hereby agree that all agreements, notices, communications and other content delivered to you electronically meet the legal framework as if they were made in writing.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF PURCHASE
Ayelen reserves the right to change and update these Terms of Purchase. Any changes to the Terms of Purchase will be published on the Ayelen online store pages.
